Shipping policy
Shipping from the Islands
All BAJAH orders are shipped from the Canary Islands via Correos (the Spanish postal service). Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, it is delivered by a local postal carrier.
Orders are dispatched within up to 3 business days after purchase.
Estimated delivery times
- Canary Islands: 3–5 business days
- Mainland Spain: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Due to our studio location, delivery times may occasionally be longer than standard.
Customs and additional fees
Depending on the destination country, local customs authorities may apply customs duties, VAT, or administrative fees. Any such costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or for parcels that are lost or stolen after dispatch. If any issue occurs with your delivery, please contact us — we will do our best to help.
